Joan Gladman Real Estate is owned and operated by Joan Gladman, with the assistance of her daughter and agent’s representative, Irene Gladman.

Joan is currently well into her fourth decade in real estate. In the 1960s, she joined her mother in the Woodend family business, and in 2008, she started the agency that now proudly bears her name.

Joan’s breadth of experience has seen her involved in the sale of properties ranging from modest homes to suit first home buyers, to grand, Mt Macedon hill station properties. Her depth of local knowledge and ability to monitor market conditions enables her to meet the needs of both vendors and purchasers.

Joan’s experience in subdivisions is unsurpassed in the Macedon Ranges, and encompasses estates of compact allotments, and more exclusive, boutique developments. Function centres, conference venues and broad acre farms are also specialities of Joan’s.

Irene represents the third generation of women in her family to take up a career in real estate. Her enthusiasm and professionalism has already seen her nominated for a prestigious customer service award.
